How long is a seasonal mini session?

Lilly Images seasonal mini sessions typically last up twenty minutes, please arrive five minutes before start time to ensure we capture everything. Clients are given up fifteen high resolution images of their choice.

Lilly Images mini sessions typically last thirty minutes. Clients are given up fifteen high resolution images of their choice.

How long is a full session?

Lilly Images full sessions are one hour, and clients are given twenty-five Images of their choice.

When will we receive our final photos?

Please expect a two to three-week timeframe for Lilly Images to deliver the final photos to clients via Pic-Time. Soft proofs will be sent one week following the session. Clients will have a set number of images to select from, and once the chosen images are received by the photographer, Lilly Images will provide the final photos one week later. Delivery times may vary if the schedule for that week is busy, typically Clients receive Images sooner than timeframe.

When is the best time of day for an outdoor photoshoot?

Golden hour is the best time for outdoor photos; all outdoor photoshoots must be booked around sunrise or sunset.

What are the available times for studio sessions?

Lilly Images studio sessions start at 11am and end at 4pm. Lilly Images does not own a studio at this time, so a studio is booked from Boise studio rentals. Depending on the studios availably on your chosen day Lilly Images will give you a range of hours to choose from.

What should we wear?

Typically, neutrals or natural colors look the best. Check out Lilly Images Pinterest for outfit inspiration. Please refrain from wearing sunglasses, hats and having keys/wallets or any bulky items in your pockets.

What happens if it rains or there is fog?

Approaching the chosen date, I check the weather daily. If rain is expected, I am flexible to change the day and reschedule. As you know weather in Idaho is very unpredictable, if it starts raining while we have started don't worry and trust me! Rain can make beautiful photos. However, for foggy conditions, Lilly Images will always reschedule unless the client desires a moody, fog-laden photoshoot.

What if we are late?

Thats okay! I totally understand, things happen. If you are running late, just please let me know as soon as possible. Try your hardest to be on time especially if we are doing an outdoor photoshoot so we don't lose light. Please be on time for a seasonal mini shoot they are taken during a short time range, they are back-to-back with other clients and are difficult to make up on lost time. If you are over twenty minutes late on any session and don't reach out, I will assume you are not coming, and I may leave. Please note there will be a cancelation fee.

Am I able to purchase more photos than what the package comes with?

Yes, additional photos may be purchased! Please email lillyimages23@gmail.com if you would like more photos from your album, you will receive a new quote shortly.

One photo = Five dollars

Five photos = Twenty dollars

Ten photos = Thirty-Five dollars

Fifteen photos = Forty-Five dollars

Do you offer free sessions?

Yes, I always offer last chapter sessions (Human or Pet) which include twenty- five photos of your choice. If you follow Lilly Images social media page, I randomly offer model calls which included thoughtfully designed sessions and free high-resolution images.

What if I don't like my photos?

In the rare case you do not like your pictures please email lillyimages23@gmail.com and I will address your concern immediately. I want you to fall in love with your photos, please let me know anything you don't like in your pictures. If I can't fix them with editing, Lilly Images will offer a one free redo photoshoot.

What's your travel fee?

If the location is within forty minutes of my zip code 83705, I do not charge a travel fee. If it is outside that range my travel fee starts at thirty dollars. I ask for a thirty dollars per forty minutes travel time. I don't charge by mile because I am spending both my money on traveling as well as my time. I love to travel especially for the perfect background; we live in such a beautiful state. There are no travel fees for seasonal mini sessions.

Do you help with posing?

Yes, I have pose ideas ready before the shoot and I scout out the perfect spot before our session starts. If we run out of pose ideas during the session I have an app ready for us to look at for inspiration.

Are we allowed outfit changes?

During outdoor full sessions, I prefer no outfit changes due to lighting conditions; however, I do permit one quick outfit change. For the studio full sessions, two quick outfit changes are allowed. Most mini sessions do not allow outfit change, please review the details of your session to see if the mini package allows outfit changes.

Can I post the photos on my social media?

Of course, all I ask is if you can please tag Lilly Images in any photos you post so others can find my page.

Can I receive the raw/unedited Images, and can I edit over my final photos?

Lilly Images prohibits editing of any photographs to prevent misrepresentation of the brand. The company maintains a strict policy against distributing raw or unedited images to clients.

Do you use the client's session photos on your social media and portfolio?

Yes, I post my favorite images from our shoot on my social media and portfolio. I understand privacy is important, if you do not wish to have your photos posted. Please let me know and I will respect your wishes. Lilly Images will always reach out and ask for your consent before we post your images on our page.

How long are images available to purchase?

Images can be purchased for a period of up to one year; following this, the Pic Time album will be archived unless the Client requests otherwise. Lilly Images will maintain a file of the Client's images for any future needs.

Will the images be watermarked?

Images will be watermarked when the client selects soft proof images via the Pic Time package. Once the client submits their final selections through Pic Time, they will receive the un-watermarked final images via email within one week. Any photos not selected and purchased will retain their watermarks.

Can someone tag along in our photoshoot last minute?

Of course, the more the better! Just remember there will be an extra person fee of twenty dollars if your group has more than the allotted amount of people on your package.
