What To Expect From Lilly Images

Choose the package that best fits your needs. Simply Fill out inquiry form and the questionnaire. After submission, Lilly Images will reach out via email with several date options and a contract. Following the contract, you will receive an invoice for a non-refundable retainer fee. This retainer secures your session date and is applied towards the total session fee, with the remaining balance due before the session starts. After the deposit is paid and the contract is signed we will start planning!

Planning

Get ready for an exciting journey! Once the retainer is secured, we’ll dive into discussing location and ideas that will spark your creativity. All outdoor sessions take place around sunset and studio sessions during the day. I can’t wait to send you fabulous outfit inspirations and prop ideas to bring our vision to life! This is the perfect time to show me your inspiration picture and poses you would like to do. I will review your questionnaire, and we will create an unforgettable session.

Session

On the day of our session, I will arrive early setting up the studio or scouting out the best photo spots to ensure everything is perfect. Remember to bring everything you might need to our session, water, props, makeup, outfits, etc. Once we kick off, we’ll capture genuine photo authentic moments and have fun! We will take our time and check how our photos turn out during shooting to ensure we get the perfect images. After the session I can't wait to go home so I can send you a sneak peek!

Delivery

I’m thrilled to get started! Shortly after our session, I’ll jump into uploading, backing up, and selecting your amazing photos! Within a week, you’ll receive your soft proof via Pic-Time email, where you can pick your favorites. After you make your choices, I’ll deliver your high-resolution package—completely watermark-free, just pure happiness! If you’d like to purchase any additional images from the soft proof, don’t hesitate to reach out for my pricing guide. Once your final gallery is sent, keep an eye out for a client satisfaction survey from Lilly Images. Your album will be available on Pic time for one year. I highly recommend downloading it to your computer and saving it on a hard drive. After the year is up the Pic time album will be taken down, but Lilly Images will always have your album saved on client hard drive just in case.
